These elements are only accessible to our team and to the owner of the "administrator" password of an account. However, aggregation of all questionnaires received for a set of institutions is reused by Satisway; it is the benchmark reference to which the comparison of each of them is made.

The Satisway survey gives your customers the opportunity to complete their answers freely expressing their comments, criticisms or suggestions. These «testimonies» are read by Satisway before being delivered to you: we allow ourselves to remove or edit any comments or spam, especially if its publication would be in contradiction with French Law on freedom of speech. Afterwards the “testimonies” are accessible with the "administrator" password.
