How it works

to be involved with the Satisway survey

He accepts you: take note of his email address

and you save on your Satisway.

2. We take care of the rest:

We will automatically send your customer

a link to the survey. He answers when that suits him.

The questionnaire is available in several languages.

3. From the 5th answer received,
you can view in your Satisway Control Panel
your global mark (SatiswayScore®)

As well as the feedback from your customers on every step

of their stay.
